Space Marvel AI Pvt. Ltd. operates Metaspace. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
Account data (name, email, organisation), payment info via Razorpay/Stripe (card details never stored by us), usage telemetry, device info, IP address, browser type, and content you submit — prompts, files, and conversations.
3. How We Use Your Information
To provide, maintain, and improve Services; personalise your experience; process transactions; send security alerts and product updates; conduct analytics; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data or share with advertisers.
4. Information Sharing
We share personal data only with trusted sub-processors under contract, when required by law, or to protect our rights and users. We never sell your data. A current list of sub-processors is maintained in our Data Processing Addendum.
5. Your Rights
Access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data at any time. Withdraw consent. Indian users: DPDP Act 2023 rights via grievance@spacemarvel.ai. EU users: GDPR rights — see our DPA. Submit requests to privacy@spacemarvel.ai. Response within 30 days.
6. Security & Data Retention
AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, MFA for all internal access, HSMs for key management, quarterly penetration testing. Data retained while account is active; purged from production within 30 days of deletion, from backups within 90 days.
